Here you find our weekly yoga offer. Every Monday we update the schedule with the teachers covering each class.

The Studio will be CLOSED ON SATURDAY 22.02.2020 for some much needed renovation. The regular schedule resumes on Sunday 23.02.2020!
All Yoga Pass holders will get an extra day on their card.

We are offering two new classes starting January 2020. Friday 7pm Vinyasa 60 and Saturday 4pm Hot Yoga! Mark your calendar and get your ass to yoga class!

In this workshop, Everett¬†will be sharing with all of you techniques he uses in his own practice‚ÄĒlike deep relaxation postures combined with intense, strength-building ones, or certain breathing exercises‚ÄĒto gain control of the breath and use it to move into, hold, and deepen asanas.¬†

Core fundamentals

Sunday 29.03.2020 – 2pm
Strengthen your core, strengthen your posture.
In this workshop, Kat will guide you with practical tips and tools you can use to cultivate a strong core.  By strengthening your abdominal muscles you will be able to better support your back and to get deeper into your practice with more energy, clarity and ease.
