FAQ

Do I have to call or register before I come to the studio for the first time?

To attend class you must register on Eversports, our booking tool. To create a profile and register for class, go to our Schedule page and follow the instructions. Please know that we have limited spots in the Hotroom, so when you sign-up make a commitment to show-up for yourself and others.

What are the hygiene measures I have to respect at the studio?

  • Mask wearing is not mandatory in the studio space. Do what feels right for you and respect others.
  • Please be mindful, respect the physical distance of 1.5m, the coughing and sneezing etiquette and hand hygiene rules

Do I have to agree to a contract?

Only if you want to! We offer 6 months and 12 months Memberships for you to practice unlimited yoga and split the cost of the yoga pass into monthly instalments instead of paying the whole sum upfront. If you don’t want to commit you can purchase 5, 10 or 20 class passes or a variety of monthly sweat flats and practice with full flexibility. Check out our full offer here.

When should I be at the studio?

Studio doors open 15 minutes before class. For your first visit we ask that you come to the studio 15 minutes before class starts, this will give you enough time to ask questions, get briefed, get changed and place your mat in the Hotroom before class begins.

Do I have to wear special clothes?

For girls leggings & a sports-bra. For boys elastic shorts or swim trunks, you can wear a shirt or not, however you feel comfortable. Please know that you’ll be sweating a lot.

Can I practice the Yoga on a full/empty stomach?

A full stomach doesn’t like to exercise. Therefore, we recommend that you don’t eat a big meal right before coming to Yoga class. In fact it’s best to practice with a light stomach. In case you are taking class and didn’t eat much throughout the day then you’re always welcome to have a piece of fruit or a banana before practice.

Can I drink Water during Class?

It is ideal to drink plenty of water throughout the day and drink as little as possible during practice. If you can, try to refrain from drinking at all during a yoga class and watch how you increase your concentration by doing so. Please bring a re-usable water bottle that you can use in class, in case you need to drink during practice. You can fill up the bottle with tap water (it’s safe and fresh: we had it tested).

Do I have to bring towels?

Yes, please bring 2 big towels, one is for the mat during practice and the other one is for your shower after class.

I don’t have a yoga mat, what do I do?

If you don’t have one you can rent one (2€) or buy one at the studio.

I feel anxious and nervous about taking a yoga class for the first time, what can I do to relax?

Please know that you’re not alone in this! All students and the teacher in class are rooting for you. For your first time taking yoga class we ask that you trust your breath, it will guide you. Whenever you need to take a break then allow yourself to do that on your mat. Become a student of your breath and just notice how you are breathing, witness how you’re reacting toward yourself whenever you seem to “can’t” do a posture and choose to take things light, fun and relaxed rather than hard, serious and edgy. Enjoy the time you dedicate yourself. After all it’s just yoga and we yoga to be happy!

When can I start the 10 Day Intro Deal?

You can start the 10 Day Intro Deal if you’ve never been to our studio before. You can join anytime you want and take a class or multiple classes per Day. It’s important to know that the 10 Days are consecutive. We recommend that you come to practice daily or as often as possible in these 10 Days you’ll get a chance to get to know the studio, our yoga community, the different teachers and different types of yoga that we offer. Get to know your body, yourself a little better and polish your senses and soul.

What happens to my yoga pass when I’m sick or injured and come to class?

All you have to do is simply send us an email when you’re sick and are unable to practice for more than 3 weeks (21 Days). Attach your Physicians Note (Krankerklärung) with the time frame that you’re unable to practice yoga and we’ll freeze your yoga pass for that time.

In the event of traveling for a longer period of time, please send us an email in advance.
