Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided meditation. The body rests while the mind is Aware and Awake.
Yoga Nidra is a place to externalise and internalise, seeking the outside as well as the inside. It’s a time to listen to the body and mind, to navigate your focus and increase your awareness.
There is no movement, no manipulation. Only your undisturbed time to listen to the quiet and observe your inner workings in a safe & loving environment.
prepare your body with yin & restorative
Isa will take you on a journey through your senses, starting with a 75 minute restorative/Yin Asana practice to prep your body and prime your mind.
After a quick break, you will get comfortable into your savasana as Isa will guide you through a 40-45 min yoga nidra, touching each and every part of your body and exploring the interconnected system of the chakras.
You will come into a state of a clear mind, clear intentions, clear path.
We will provide bolsters and towels to use as pillows or blankets. Please bring a small towel/sleeping mask to cover your eyes.
